ANOTHER PAROLE FOR SEX OFFENDER.(Capital Region)

Jeffrey D. Williams, a convicted sex offender who had his parole revoked last year after he was found to have severed the electronic bracelet used to monitor his movements, is scheduled to be paroled again today and be outfitted with another bracelet.

Williams, who has been investigated by State Police in connection with the killings of three women and the disappearance of a fourth, is expected to live in Rensselaer County, though a spokesman for the Division of Parole declined to release the exact address.
